Interview
They have you wait as a group in the cafeteria, then move everyone to a conference room where they do a presentation about the company. Then they have you go in front of the group one by one by the number written next to your name on your name tag. You introduce yourself, tell a little about yourself and where you are from, then share a fun fact about yourself. Then you select an announcement to read from a pile of them on a chair, and read it to the group. Then you break for a free catered lunch in the cafeteria, and the recruiters come and get you for one on one interviews. They ask situational questions and review your resume.
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Interview
Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
