It's simple, basic interview questions. you get a callback right away because they need mechanics and they just basically ask the typical interview questions. Just gotta make sure your honest about your experience and what your goals are

In person interview with a base supervisor, and a HR representative. They asked pointed questions about CRJ aircraft experience. The HR rep also asked why if I was willing to take this big of a pay cut. I told her PSA had much better medical/dental then my current employer, and I needed it for my family. She also told me about starting at the 3 year pay level and being frozen there for 3 years. I told her I was not happy about it but as long as the medical/dental was there I could live with it.

Applied online, was emailed next business day setting up an on-site interview for the same week. I was flown out to interview, had a short interview with base manager and HR rep, was contacted within 2 weeks with a job offer. Upon accepting I was flown to Ohio for back ground screening and drug testing, as well as paperwork, and started work in Charlotte a few weeks later.
