Interview
Very fast and smooth interview process. I applied towards the end of May 2024. Was sent an assessment and Hirevue interview. Within a few days I was invited to a face-to-face interview June 7th. It was broken into 3 parts. 2 group parts. 1 just giving the overview of the role and pay & then a group panel interview. Lastly, was the individual interview and they asked more about your background and availability. You got your CJO within that day or the next few days, if chosen.

A passenger comes onboard with an oversized that won’t fit. What would you do?
Showed up to a large scale group interview I drove an hour for. Waited for 3 hours in the lobby to be called into an interview room only for them to look at my resume for 30 seconds and tell me i wasn’t a good fit
I applied online and, after a few days, received a 20-minute video interview. I’ve completed it and am now waiting to hear back about the next step in the process.

Simple video interview five or six questions. Mostly behavioral, one scenario tell me about a time. You can re-record up to three times and select your best answer. One minute to record each answer.
