I applied for this at home position April 29th, 2022
(I really lost hope and started applying to other jobs)
They keep you updated with the process of reviewing your application.
Last Wednesday, April 27th 2022 I received an email saying I was selected for a digital interview.
Yesterday, May 2nd I received another email saying that I was selected for a final interview over the phone.
During the interview, (the time I chose was 9:00 CST) I was asked a few questions and told that I was offered the job.

Q: What skills do you have from previous jobs that you think will make you a good candidate for PSCU?
Q: What previous Customer Service Jobs have you had, if you are no longer with them..why did you leave? What did you do at those jobs?
Q: What schedule would you prefer?
Q: Do you have any questions about the schedule, training? etc;
Q: Do you have any excuses or reasons you would possibly have to miss a day during training?

Interview
The digital Interview was fairly easy. They asked questions and you were to respond by video. The questions were basically asking you to describe yourself and your job experiences. I heard back from the recruiter a day later to schedule a phone interview. Good luck!

Firstly apply and send in your resume and cover letter. After they receive your application. You will be taking an Assessment and then an invitation to a digital interview. If chosen they will give you an offer for you to accept.
