PSCU Project Manager interview questions

Had one phone interview and was then asked to come to the company for 1/2 a day. During that time, I was interviewed by 5 people within the area that I would be working. I was then told that the manager of the area was going to be busy so that I would hear in 6-8 weeks, which I assumed as meaning they were uninterested. After 4 weeks, I called HR and was told that they were just putting together an offer for me.
