      I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at PSEG (South Plainfield, NJ) in Mar 2015

      Interview

      The interview was a two step process. First the HireView, which was used as a behavioral interview and a screen to a second round interview. The second round interview was not too challenging, and you got the feeling it was less about them grilling you, more like they were trying to see where they could best place you.
