Interview
There were 3 rounds of interviews - HR, Head of Fixed Income Research, and Head of Debt Capital Market, Each of the rounds took 1-2 weeks to be processed. There were technical questions on Ms Excel, previous experience, long term career plan, and reason to join the company.
