First the recruiter reached out through linkedin. Then we had a call, then we had 3 interviews. Did the test assignment and got the results shortly after. The process was nice and smooth.
Luckily I asked for feedback at the end of the phone interview. This is what the interviewer said: "We are looking for someone with 4-5 years in the gaming experience so we can leverage their network. Unfortunately, and this is my fault, I missed to check this in your CV..."
I think our recruiting team missed that you didn't have the requisite experience when they did the initial review. Thanks for taking the time to share feedback!
