You complete an online application. Then you are contacted to do an over the phone interview. It lasts around 10 minutes long and relatively straighfoward. If you like K-skincare then you likely know the answers to these questions

Question 1
It was a relatively interview asking about standard ingredients; recommendations of products for skin type. Difference between chemical and mineral sunscreen. AHA, BHA and PHA difference and purpose.
The interviewer is nice, and questions are not too hard. The flow of conversation is great, and interviews will give you positive reactions to make you feel less anxious. And if you study well, then you can pass the interview
