      Interview

Be prepared for a long and drawn out process with lots of redundant questions. You will meet with a lot of people at the office. At the end there will be a "writing test" where you summarize an article.

      Interview

3 hours long. Very disrespectful head attorney. He will demean you and grill you. He will also demand a two year commitment or else they will "absolutely sever ties with you."

      Junior Paralegal Interview

      7 July 2016
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Pabian Law

      Interview

The interview process is somewhat extensive; you meet with not only the attorney, twice, but three separate groups of those that work there. At times the questions were exactly the same as the previous groups had asked which seems a bit redundant. Although it is important for every team member to get acquainted with the potential hire, it seems as though the interview questions could have been given to a couple of employees in order to form one group, not several groups. Another alarming issue was that it was an "Entry Level" position but when there was a question about training, there seemed to be no confirmation that there would be "official" training, rather more of a learn as you go type training. It was also really frustrating when they kept asking for questions, while it is DEFINATLY advised to have a lot of questions for this interview, I think that all the groups were very adamant to keep on asking the candidate if they had questions.. After four or five different groups, it is hard to keep on thinking of questions (especially if you are nervous!) so it would be advised to maybe at the end just say that "if you have any questions feel free to email any of us" instead of staring at the interviewee waiting for a reply.. It seemed like everyone there knew what they were doing and were happy in their positions, but you don't need to sell how happy you are on Glassdoor in order for people to understand that. If it is good fit than one would know during the interview, not based on how happy or unhappy employees are via a website.. Looked like a great "young" environment for new hires and the office was really updated and clean.
