Interview
Was contacted for an interview a month after applying. I had one brief phone interview and then came to an in-person interview with hiring lab manager and one person from upper management. Atmosphere was friendly, respectful, clear about duties and work environment. Was told it would be some time before there was an opening. Was contacted over a month later for the job.
Interview questions were mostly about my background, my college courses, and interests, as well as describing the lab environment.
