It was easy. There were not many rounds of interviews. They offered the job quickly after the interview process. They were misleading about the benefits. They didn't lie but they purposely excluded key information and you had to know exactly what to ask for them to tell the complete truth.

Did a zoom meeting about 2 days after I applied. They hired me directly out of college. Seemed desperate but not a terrible place for entry level. Interview was pretty easy and casual.

8 minute phone interview. Couldn’t start as a scientist because I was one chemistry credit short. Said they would talk to a manager if I wanted to be a technician instead.
The interview took place with a lab manager. The interview was held in a relatively relaxed environment with relevant questions that mostly were about my experience, skills, education, and abilities.
