Phone screen with recruiter, followed by stakeholder and executive interviews over video. This went at a pace that worked well for me, spanning the course of 3-4 weeks. Most questions were very focused on the qualifications and experience desired for the role.

I was referred to Paceline but had not known much about the company before.
The interview process took approximately 3 weeks. I met with various SLT members who shared their perspective on how this role would be valuable to the organization. My interviews were a mix of tough questioning and conversational get to know you.
I appreciated how transparent everyone was and can say nothing has caught me by surprise since I've started because of their candidness.
