I had a first very brief call with someone from the People team that asked some questions to make sure there was culture fit, she also asked right at that moment what my salary expectations were which I found really efficient and straightforward. After that call they asked me to send some examples of things I had worked on in past jobs — in this case it was submitting some content (different types and formats) — or if you wanted to submit something custom-made for the interview. Finally, I had an interview with the Marketing Director which was an hour long, really getting into details of my prior work experience and where she also answered some questions about the role.
