Must have a good theoretical knowledge of machineries onboard to put yourself on top. Get aware with technologies mainly used on bulk like cranes, their hydraulics, ballast water treatment etc.

The whole interview process took several hours to complete from morning to the afternoon. The director/general manager of each department took turns in each session of the interview, asking questions and sharing their experience/working culture of the company. Results came out very quickly by the end of the day.
