I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Pacific Bells (Westerville, OH) in Apr 2018
Interview
Quick, easy, hassle free . The AC was very easy to talk to. I felt comfortable and confident. The restaurant I was at during their interview was ran nicely, the staff seemed to work well together.
I was offered a position and I accepted.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pacific Bells (Vancouver, WA) in Jan 2022
Interview
Two interviews second two hours long said they would make decision in two days recruiter emailed me they were putting offer together. I asked a quick question re vacation time and they scheduled a time a week later for HR to call but when Har called she immediately started interviewing me again wanting me to go over my entire job history - none of my questions were answered.
I decided to accept an offer with a company that knew what they wanted. They stated they would decide in a couple days but despite verbal statement of offer no letter ever presented.
They are overly cautious which leads me to believe they have had or have personnel issues. They also run lean which might equate to daily stress without relief.

I applied in-person. I interviewed at Pacific Bells
Interview
The interview was great, there was a deep dive into the financial side of running a business. Lots of focus on how we resolve problems and most important the day to day responsibilities.
