Received a cold call phone interview and then a Zoom interview with HM and one other person. Very standard behavioral questions, HM was really focused on years of experience. It didn't seem like they really considered transferable skills and were looking for a direct match of previous work experience. Was told I would hear back but did not hear anything at all.
