Interview
A friend of mine was involved with the company which is how I was guaranteed an interview although they do spend time twice a year hiring engineering specialists from Rutgers, and other nearby technology vocational schools. College degree is recommended although not entirely required based on how tight your resume and skills check out. There is a 3 week training program where you will be tested on important computer skills and an introduction to their software and protocol.
