I took part in a screening interview and assessment for a role at this company. The assessment I took after the video interview with this company should be refined. There were lengthy multi-faceted behavioral style questions in this assessment that needed a video submission response in a short timed window. These questions could have been asked in the initial interview and would garner more authentic responses from candidates. After taking a closer look at the company, what became concerning to me was the lack of followers on the company LinkedIn page, and not being able to find any of the listed business location addresses from their website. Many if not all of the addresses for their listed locations are vacant including their contact/ corporate office location in Carlsbad, California. I understand that this a newer company going on two years of business, but their lack of social media presence and vacancies tied to their listed locations seems off. I would caution applying and interviewing for this company as their HR department seems inexperienced and relies on convoluted custom-made assessments. The impression I got from the interview is that this is a company who is still trying to get their footing in the industry and needs to mass post jobs to try and project growth. Proceed with caution.
