Pacific Helicopter Tours interview questions

I got the phone screen interview after 1 week that I applied it on the website. They asked me my background based on the resume and show some excel skills and whether I can use any ERP system. They told me that they used to hire consultant to work for their company and now they want a person to work on operation analyst for them full time. I asked them whether my Visa status works for this job well since I am a foreigner, the officer told me that she was not sure. After several days, I got a rejected email from their company.
