Pacific Medical Centers interview questions

Interviewed for a medical professional position, which included a screen call with the in-house recruiter, followed by a phone conversation about the position with a medical staff member. Next step was a site visit to see the facilities and meet the staff. The one positive is that the group covered travel costs for this trip. Aside from responding to a thank you message after the site visit, the group has gone completely silent. It is disappointing and unprofessional to not receive any update, even a rejection, after altering my schedule to fly across country for this interview. In contrast, all of the other medical professional recruiters I’ve worked with have kept in touch following interviews, even if the practice was not making an offer of employment.
