Wanted resume plus transcripts. Looked at both during the interview. Interviewed by management, then went to hospital for interview with supervisor. Supervisor asked tough questions, but said don't worry, just want to know what your level is and how much I need to teach you.

Sent email; received response in 3 days. Set up phone call interview. Second phone interview with different staff (supervisor). Called for 1:1 interview. Interview included quiz like questions, very detailed. if hired they required drug/background check. maybe periodic drug testing.
