Was interviewed by the quality engineer who was going to be my boss along with his boss who was in charge of the engineering department. I was asked about my knowledge of engineering and my studies at University (I had just completed my first year of University). I ultimately did not know much but was enthusiastic and got the internship.

Applied on line, received an email to set up an interview at PPI. Went in met HR person, was taken on tour of the plant, spoke to the Supervisor and met workers in the different work areas

Interview
Starts with an email reply for a phone interview, and from there it progresses quickly. In person interview is a low pressure "fit" kind of interview. The phone interview is really the meat of the technical and personality questions. There is a high importance placed on building a cohesive culture.
