I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Pacific Smiles Group (Brisbane) in Oct 2019
Interview
Friendly & welcoming interview. I felt was an opportunity to get to know me & my work values and skill set. They also checked what type of role I wanted & my availability. Informed me of who they were as a business & what was on offer.
Interview questions [3]
Question 1
Tell me your understanding of Infection Control? How do you reprocess instruments to ensure ready for use for another patient?
Your dentist is running behind, how do you ensure you get all end of day work tasks done understanding you are responsible for chairside and sterilisation duties?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pacific Smiles Group in June 2026
Interview
After an initial phone screen covering questions about my motivation for the role, I was invited for a face-to-face interview. Then the recruitment process was subsequently taken over by someone else, requiring me to attend ANOTHER interview. After that, I was ask to submitted referee , however I received no offer and my follow-up email and call unanswered, literally ghosted. To go through multiple interviews and a full referee check without even receiving a reply is, frankly, a POOR candidate experience. Waste of time
