I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pacira BioSciences (Inland Empire) in June 2024
Interview
The interview process was smooth and consistent. The first two interviews were with the Regional Business Director virtually and then in person. The final interview was with the Area director. After that point, the offer was reviewed with the HR Coordinator, where I was able to negotiate the terms.

Question 1
How do you handle objections from clients or stakeholders who are hesitant to invest in new products?
I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Pacira BioSciences
Interview
I believe I was interviewed to act like they valued diversity and inclusion,
like “ see we interviewed one”When I walked in I knew right away that was the case as no other interviewers looked like me and I was the only female. It was a horrible and unfair experience. I would have preferred them to not invite me to come to an interview out of town knowing from the beginning they weren’t going to hire me. A complete waste of time and energy.

Question 1
Basic questions, nothing anyone else in this arena wouldn’t ask.
First would be the HR screen. Then the manager phone call and then meeting in person. Last step was the area director. I had a zoom call. Then HR will then contact you with an offer.
