Pactera interview questions

The interview process at Pactera was structured and thorough. It started with an initial HR screening where they asked about my background and expectations. Then, I had a technical interview that focused on coding challenges and problem-solving using Java and SQL. After that, I went through a system design interview where I discussed how to architect a scalable application. Finally, there was a behavioral interview with a manager, where I shared examples of teamwork and handling challenges in previous roles. The process was smooth, and I received feedback quickly after each round.
