I had a 20 minutes HR interview. 2 days later, I got a rejection email saying that I am not comptent in SQL, even though I clearly mentionned using SQL in a lot of projects before. They didn't even try me with a technical test or anything, just HR decisions.
The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Padoa (Paris) in May 2026
