Starts with a screening call with the recruiter. Pretty typical, asked about my experience, most complicated project, etc.
After the screening call I was given a self-evaluation form to fill out regarding my technical expertise.
The next call was with the technical hiring manger. The questions asked are based on the self-evaluation form. The atmosphere was pretty relaxed. It's a zoom call and there is coding, but no screen-sharing and the coding is done on a "shared" editor. The code isn't run, it's to evaluate how you think and come up with a solution.
I did horribly in this interview. I did ok in the coding portion, but blew questions about javascript and sql.
