Palette Skills interview questions

2 rounds. Initial interview with HR on the phone was great. Second round with the team was ok but no communication after the interview even after multiple follow ups. I would recommend the team actually reach out either way to candidates after their interviews.

The Regular process is a Phone interview with the hr coordinator followed by a panel interview made of the hiring managers and hr followed by an assignment then a brief interview
