Very easy and straightforward. The interview was over zoom and the interviewer was very personable and easy to talk to. I loved working there and would totally go back. Submitting references was easy and they got to me really quick with the offer

It was relaxing interview, and it felt more like a conversation rather than a traditional ask + answer interview. It was enjoyable, and was less structured. When interviews are geared more towards having an exchange of ideas, it's much more rewarding for both parties.
