Question 1
Do you see yourself pursuing a technical or managerial pathway?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pall in Nov 2021
Interview
I was approached by the recruiter for initial phone scree interview for the position at MA.
After that I was prompted for a video interview with the manager for 40-45 mins.
Next week, I was sent with the schedule of 4 interviews with different team members from UK and USA each of length 45 mins.
Now it's almost past a month and I don't have any feedback from the recruiter or manager. I'm completely ghosted.
I tried emailing the recruiter but didn't get any reply.
Tried calling her, all calls went to voicemail for 2 weeks.
Real non-professional approach from the recruiter as she initially replied to all my email/calls immediately till I was in interview process. And now when I'm trying to reach regarding the decision, I'm ghosted.
An honest message to recruiters of Pall, when a candidate invests so much time and energy in you long interview process, try to respect that by replying to their emails/phone calls, which will take only 2 minutes of your time. If you cannot do that, maybe you don't deserve to be a recruiter.
