I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Palladium (Washington, DC) in June 2022
Interview
First, I was contacted for a phone screening by human resources, normally an associate for a phone screening. Seems they just had the job description in front of them and asked generic questions. This was then followed by a three-person panel interview with the team recruiting for the position, and normally the team you'll be working with. After that, the HR person reached out with the offer.
The interview process at palladium was lengthy with 4 interview rounds but it was a great opportunity to meet the majority of the team and senior leadership. Each round allowed me to describe my background and what I hope for as I move forward with my career.
