Easy! If you are coming from the industry, you will get hired. They want teachers for CTE that have worked in their respective fields. I was interviewed and offered on the spot. Hardest part was the onboarding. Human Resources was not much help and it took forever to get clearance.

Met with principal for first interview. Met with a group of assistant principles for second interview and finally met with one on one AP for grade level. So we start with a one on one, then there was a three person panel, then back to one on one
