1. Initial call with HR 2. Design exercise round - 2hrs 3. Portfolio + behavioral questions with panel - 2 hrs 4. Behavioral question with Head of design There's a clear disconnect between the interview panel and the HR. The HRs do not know what each round is for. After going through all the rounds they put the position on hold wasting my time. There was no clear communication regarding this. After multiple follow-ups, I was informed of this. And I do not know why they make you sign an NDA for every round of the interview. There was nothing extraordinary about the interview process to require an NDA
