"x" - Mangerial Round and "y" - System Round - I was interviewed by these two people and the interview was highly unproffesional for the position Senior Staff Engineer (CSPM Platform), the interviwer was not intrested in how the work was on my side and was unable to understand the work which was incoperated by me. Seems like they were having less number of experience than 6. They were asking me how their application would have been operated instead of how I used to handle my case. No scenario based question was shared specially , "y" feedback was I was not even the backend developer and was adviced to some course which I did not ask for. I have heard many things about the recuitment process of Plao alto India and somewhat it seems to be true highly unproffesional and overconfidence attitude of the interviwer and has a vibe as if they are the best and doing the best in the market. I believe the interview talks lot about the culture, and it's pretty bad here. The best thing I am doing here right now is not sharing the names of the interviewers. WASTE OF TIME!!
