Steps are: 1. Initial interview with the hiring manager 2. Home Assignment 3. Deep review of the home assignment with the hiring manager and their manager 4. Another higher manager interview 5. HR interview 6. Recommendations For my specific hiring process, they called me for an unformal interview before the recommendations phase.
