That is the problem with PANW's interview process; there is none. This is a chronic pattern with the company's interviewing process. They move at a glacier pace (4+ months) and expect candidates to stick around for possible meetings with hiring managers who are always on travel. Apparently, their phones don't work with they are out of town. Furthermore, the internal HR staff is horribly bad at following up with candidates, let alone giving a minutia of feedback. There is no sense of urgency to fill the roles they've posted. These reqs could be resume-catchers, vanity reqs or outdated postings that would require too much red-tape to repost if the budget were to be approved. The only way to get into PANW is through someone you know. The front door is a waste of time. Even then, your internal referral may be at a loss as to why their HR staff is failing at their job. You must go to the hiring manager. That is the only way in.
