Initially candidates are request to forward their resume to HR after the shortlisting process candidates are called for interview,initially they conduct 2 rounds of screaming process...first round in communication screening after completing that technical round conducted by senior technical person. This covered all the skills mentioned in your resume. The questions were from OOPS, SQL, Threading, C# and asp.net. We need to go through the sample code and figure out what is the output. Also it covered SQL performance scenario based question. How will you improve the performance. Mainly sql indexing.

3 Rounds of interviews 1st with reporting/Hiring manager (face to face interview) 2nd with Department Head - Telephonic (a supposed google+ call that didn't materialise) 3rd With leadership team - face to face interview with leadership team member.
