Initially contacted by employer via email (my website). Multiple calls later, signing of confidentiality agreements, and preparing a formal proposal, I was finally scheduled for an interview. Things were pretty hectic that day, as the people I was supposed to see were 'putting out fires' and not available. Be prepared, very corporate and need to pass several levels of security.
