Interview
Received a call from HR, scheduled an interview with one of the Purchasing Managers, went very well, he asked basic questions, during the interview he also stated he was working 12 hour days and discussed how problematic the Engineering dept. was.
Received a call back the same day to come in for a 2nd interview with the, I believe was the Material Manager and another Purchasing Manager, the day before, received a call to postpone, re scheduled, and received another postponement.
"Finally" got in for the interview, the Mat'l Mgr communication skills were terrible, the majority of his questions did not make sense.

The first interview was with HR to review resume credentials. Second interview was a group interview on Zoom including the manager, two directors, a senior buyer and the HR rep. Third interview was at the office and included a tour of the facility.
