I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Panasonic (Irvine, CA) in June 2014
Interview
Received a call to set up phone interview in which only my background was discussed. Followed by an interview with the Functional manager. The process varies, some of my coworkers had second interviews with the region managers .The background check was the most time consuming event of the entire process. I was given an offer as soon as the background check was complete.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Basic interview questions. Each functional manager performs interviews for their section. Questions are standard interview questions.
They shared with me the question set and I had to record and upload the video over the link that was shared to me by the HR. Also, the deadline was 3 days.
I applied online. I interviewed at Panasonic (Sparks, NV)
Interview
Interview was pleasant overall. Typical phone screening with recruiter, then with the hiring manager. Final interview was a panel like interview with a presentation on-site. Everyone was great, engaged, and lively. Although Panasonic is quite an attractive place to work, the pay is quite low compared to other industries. Lower pay your first year is not at all attractive and promising to get a pay increase after your first year isn't a good recruiting tool. That's a no for me dawg.

Question 1
Lots of STAR like questions. Give me a time when you had to sway a crowd, a time when you had a hard learning, etc.
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Panasonic (Lake Forest, CA)
Interview
Was with two individuals. Interview was straight forward and very discussion-like rather than question and answer. The interviewers were very friendly and shared their own experiences at Panasonic. Afterwards, they did not have time to give me a tour of the facility because it was the end of the day, but did invite me back to tour the facility later (old Lake Forest office).
