      Business Development Interview

      23 Feb 2013
      Anonymous employee
      Raanana
      Accepted offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Panaya (Raanana) in Sept 2012

      Interview

The Panaya hiring process is lengthy and difficult. You can expect an initial phone interview and if your good enough, you may be invited to meet with your manager. That interview will be the most important. If he/she likes you, expect a call back within a week, 2 max. If you don't hear back call them, they want to see persistence. If called back you will interview with up to 4 people. At the least an HR interview and interview with the Department Head. Following that if you are still being considered you will be given a professional test, and then you wait, and if everything went well they will call you to come in for an offer. Than again if you know someone or they are after you if could be instant offer and hiring.
