I applied online. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Panda Express (Palmdale, CA) in Dec 2017
Interview
Went to the Panda restaurant for an interview, had a short interview with simple question but then had to drive down to another Panda for a second interview. After a few weeks, I got "hired". Asked to come to the Panda I was supposed to work in but manager wasn't there. Was told I was going to be called for information, but never got it. I called again and said they were "processing". I called yet again and authorized a background check and it's been 2 months since then. This is ridiculous.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
