Interview
The 1st interview was by the store manager or assistant manager.
The 2nd interview was by regional/district manager via FaceTime or call. For some reason, that made it a little more intimidating. Some won't give out their phone numbers. It'll be a blocked number, so be on the lookout for the call.

What do you know about Panda Express? (i.e. history, mission, etc.)
Interview was quick and oriented on you individual skills working in a fast paced environment. What strengths and weaknesses you have, any experience in food, etc. They may ask you about your personal life as to any hobby you might have as well.

She ask some questions and I answered. Then after two days I work my first shift.And it wasn’t too bad. Everyone was nice. But the interview was short and simple

Interview
Will be interviewed by store manager first, if passed, then will have a second interview with the general manager either in person or over the phone. They will ask questions to see if qualifications are met to their standards.
