I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Panda Express (Tampa, FL) in July 2014
Interview
I walked in, dressed up in a button up blouse and black skirt with a pearl necklace. Immediately I felt oddly out of place, because the 2 others waiting for their turn were simply dressed in jeans a t-shirts. I know it's a Chinese fast food chain, but good god. The manager interviewing was Chinese and it was not easy understanding him. He also only stuck to his booklet of a few questions and didn't give much of any feed back to my answers. Because of this, I wasn't sure how the interview went. So far I haven't heard anything back.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Panda Express
Interview
It was very easy, just answer honestly since they are hiring they want to hire anyone that shows they will be a good employee. Don't try to move up in management, unless you want to stay with the company for 5+ years, they will make you bend over backwards for them.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Panda Express (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
It was an average interview about 15 minutes long. Not too critical, but they ask a good questions. I had a second interview with the district manager, and she was very nice.
