The HR people are very friendly and prompt (emails returned almost immediately). However, the interview process took nearly a month. I had to meet with almost everyone on the team, read a book, and sit in and shadow a member of the team. Panda is looking for people who really share their ideals and are 100% "Panda people". Although excited for the position at first, it became clear to me towards the end of the interview process that there may not be much of a separation of work and home life and I lost a bit of interest.
