The company is very focused on 7 habits book. HR Recruiter is always very helpful on providing tips before you meet with the supervisor and director. Great interview process!

Mostly culture based and they have you meet with several people including the recruiter and individuals that work in the department you interview for. There are basic questions like strengths/weaknesses but the majority of the questions are geared towards whether or not you fit the company culture. They are all about Landmark and 7 Habits.
