They were 30 minutes late, interview was alright, but the questions were simple and they asked about handling stress as there are sometimes angry customers who enter the restaurant wanting their order changed, etc stuff like that

The interview consists of the same basic questions that other customer service or retail employers use. As long as you use STAR, CART, PAR, or other similar interview methods when answering the questions, you should be good. Also, remember to smile.
