I have a meeting with a recruiter and a first interview with the Engineering Manager of a team for which there was an opening. Overall, the process was great. Questions were mostly to check how I think, how I communicate, and what I have done previously in my career

Question 1
Have you gotten into conflicts, and how have you resolved them?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PandaDoc (Portugal) in June 2023
Interview
The process consisted of 3 stages: 1. Call with HR. Just a very informal and comfortable call where you can ask whatever you're interested in about the company/position. 2. Cultural Fit. Call with Engineering Manager. In my case, we discussed mostly how I act in different situations with some examples from my experience. The interviewer was very nice. 3. Tech Interview Got 2 code tasks. One was very easy about React and in another, I needed to create JS class with some methods/constructor/etc (what added to the challenge is that the sample code was not easy to read + let's be honest, this is not a typical FE task). The interviewers were very helpful when I was stuck. Also, they asked about some general stuff on work processes in the current company. Surprisingly, although I was interviewing for a position in the Portuguese part of the company the interview was done in russian (probably just because I have it in my CV in the language list). The first and second interviews were in English despite the fact that one of those interviewers was russian-speaking too. During the whole process, HR was very supportive and provided feedback on interviews, and answered all my questions. Got an email with rejection just one day after the final interview.
