Interview
I had an exceptionally positive experience interviewing at PandoLogic.
I was impressed by how friendly they are during the process. It looks incredible place with a great atmosphere and team to build a product that literally makes an impact which is very in line with what I was looking for.
The process included phone interview, SVP product, team interview, home assignment + presentation, psychotechnical diagnostician, COO, HR, and a references check
Everyone I met during the process was very professional and all look strongly engaged with their product and culture.
The process is relatively long and require time at home to prepare, but it also gives a wide understanding of the company's culture and challenges in this position.

Question 1
SVP & team interviews were standard product interviews but very thorough. They drilled down into the processes I had in my previous product roles to assess the fit for the company's future challenges. The home assignment was to suggest, articulate, and prioritize a solution to a given product problem in their main platform.
